Short article, but worth reading and thinking about.
At 50 years old I’m now having health problems that came from sitting in front of a computer for the last 25 years instead of getting out and *doing* things.
Can I get a “do-over?”
No, I can’t.
But I hope I at least get another chance to make the next 20-30 years much more balanced than the previous.
(Knowing what I know now, even with how much I love programming, I’d have stayed away from any kind of desk job as a career. It’s just not worth it.)
